Melissa G. Green, ML, MHA, GMHS, MT-BC, is the founder of Grace Ridge Unlimited.
A systems thinker and experienced healthcare leader, Melissa brings more than 25 years of experience in behavioral health, public health, healthcare administration, policy development, regulatory compliance, and organizational leadership.
Her career includes executive and leadership roles with Western State Hospital, the Washington State Behavioral Health Administration, Residential Care Services, the Washington State Department of Health, and numerous statewide initiatives focused on improving access, quality, and outcomes.
Melissa combines strategic expertise with a collaborative coaching style that empowers organizations and teams to overcome complex challenges with confidence and grace.
